How to make the Painted Stitched Tag Books. Tea Dye manila tags and let the tags dry overnight. Paint swatches of color on the tags. Let the paint dry for a few hours. Using Ranger Jet Black Archival Ink stamp the She Paints stamp on top of the painted tags. Fold the tags in half. Machine or Hand Stitch on the fold to create the Painted Stitched Tag Book.
