Walnut Ink makes the best vintage tags! A small glass corked bottle filled with the best quality walnut crystals.
Make Walnut Ink Art - Mix the crystals sparingly with hot water to create vintage look papers and tags for your paper art projects. Mix a small amount of walnut ink crystals in a flat bottomed bowl and add a small amount of hot water and stir. For intense color add more crystals. Brush the walnut ink liquid on your paper/tags and lay flat on un-textured paper towels. Stack the paper/tags between sheets of paper towels and put a heavy book on top to flatten the tags.
